Student Leadership:

Abhyasa provides a unique opportunity wherein 10% of students in the school – selected from across all classes get an opportunity every year to don leadership roles in capacity of Managers, Class leaders, Dorm leaders, Academic coordinators, House Captains etc. It is an excellent opportunity to experience leadership and responsibility.

Student Management Committees:

At Abhyasa, the students not only manage themselves but they are also encouraged to manage various departments of the school through 'Student management committees'. Each management committee is headed by a Student Manager, Deputy Manager and Voluntary Members. The designated set goals for the academic year and manage the committees through a set of rules and regulations, which are interestingly framed by themselves. The various management committees are:

  1. Academic management
  2. Campus management
  3. Discipline management
  4. Extra Curricular Activities and Event management
  5. Games and Sports management
  6. Gram Seva management,
  7. Spirituality management
  8. Mess management.

Sunday Specialisation classes:

Trains students of classes IV to IX in the skill of their choice – every Sunday. Enables them to discover their aptitudes and acquire avocations for a lifetime. Students can choose any two out of the following Activities: Basket Ball, Cricket, Swimming, Athletics, Badminton, Art, Dance, Literature, Music – Vocal & Instrumental, Martial Arts, School Band, Gymnastics etc. Students of classes X, XI and XII spend time in enhancing their skills for facing competitive examinations to various Indian universities. The school also hires specialists in various skills/academic subjects to coach the students on Sundays.

Inter House Competitions:

Weekend programmes completely organized and managed and presented by the students, showcase their talents, imbues organizational and managerial skills, in the children, inculcates collective responsibility and fosters a competitive spirit.
