Rules Governing Remittance of School Fee

  1. Any student fees under any category- except caution deposit – once paid cannot be refunded to the parents/ student, under any circumstances, even if the student does not attend school for a single day.
  2. The total annual fee payable in subsequent years is subject to annual revision.
  3. The due dates for the three installments are April 1st August 1st & December 1st The pay-by dates (last date for payment without late fee) for the aforesaid installments are April 15th August 15th and December 15th respectively.
  4. Failure to pay any of the three installments before their respective pay-by dates attracts late payment fine. The late fee is levied @ Rs. 5/- per day for the first month and Rs. 10/- per day for the second month – commencing from the very next day after the pay-by date of a particular installment.
  5. Even after the lapse of two months from the pay-by date, if an installment of a student's school fee is still due, the admission of the student is terminated. When admission is terminated under such circumstances, the Parent forfeits the caution deposit of the student.
  6. The mode of payment is by cash or Demand Drafts which are encashable (payable) at Hyderabad / Secunderabad and drawn in favour of "Abhyasa Residential Public School". Cheques and credit cards are not acceptable.
  7. Fees could be remitted either at the campus office at Toopran (on any day of the week between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.) or at the city office at Secunderabad (Monday to Saturday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.). Please obtain a receipt for any payment made to the school. The school is not responsible for remittances made without obtaining an official receipt from the school.
  8. Parents/guardians should preserve the receipts obtained from the school and furnish the same to the school authorities if and whenever necessary.
  9. Student Pocket Money: All Students can obtain stationery, confectionery and toiletry items throughout the year, from the school tuck shop – against the 'pocket money deposit' paid as part of school fee. Medicines for illnesses and expenses on field trips and sports and tournaments and matches held outside school are also debited against pocket money. Any expenditure during an academic year that exceeds the stipulated pocket money deposits shall be reimbursed by the parents at the end of the academic year, upon furnishing the bills.
