| April 2, 1995 | Ground breaking ceremony - construction of the school buildings, commences. |
| November 23, 1995 | First public advertisement of Abhyasa school in the print media to coincide with the 70th birthday of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. |
| January 14, 1996 | First meeting of the Governing body of Abhyasa. |
| May 1,1996 | "House warming" of the school building. |
| June 21, 1996 | First day of Abhyasa Residential School ~ a new school is born with 36 students.. |
| August 15, 1996 | First 'Vanamahotsav' - students plant saplings - each student incharge of one sapling. |
| January 1, 1997 | The school song is composed and introduced in the school assembly. |
| February 6, 1997 | First visit to Prasanthi Nilayam by all staff and students of Abhyasa. Baba blesses the students. |
| March 25, 1997 | Formal inauguration of the school by H.E. Sri Krishnan Kant, Governor of A.P. |
| April 5, 1997 | Abhyasa completes one academic year. First formal press meet on the campus – addressed by all Governing body members. Wide coverage to Abhyasa school in the print media. |
